Yemen government and Houthi rebels agree on the first phase of withdrawal from the city of Hodeidah. The redeployment of this city is critical of a ceasefire so the Houthis forces move away from the ports. The truce is a step for the Yemen to get theres selfs together after being pushed to the brink of famine. The UN is hoping the de-escalation will help food and medical supplies for the people in need. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/feb/17/yemen-and-houthi-rebels-agree-to-withdrawal-deal
