Trump postpones tariff increase on China in light of recent talks

The Trump administration is holding off on raising tariffs on China from 10 percent to 25 percent, which was scheduled to take effect on March 2nd. This signifies progress in trade negotiations between the U.S. and China, which has already cost U.S. businesses billions of dollars.
