Venezuela crisis: Juan Guaido vows to bring in aid

The Venezuelan opposition leader, Juan Guaido, vowed that he would get humanitarian aid being blocked by president Maduro into the country. The people of Venezuela are suffering from a food shortage as well as an economic crisis. The U.S. recognizes Guaido as president and sent humanitarian aid trucks, but they were stopped by a blockade of Venezuelan troops. President Maduro still has the support of the military and is backed by Russia and China. Maduro wants nothing to do with U.S. aid and claimed that the U.S. is "warmongering" to take over Venezuela.
