Ex-Soldier is Convicted of Violating Swiss Neutrality by Fighting ISIS

Former Swiss soldier Hanna Johannes Cosar who commanded a Christian militia fighting ISIS was found guilty of violating Swiss neutrality this past week. Cosar's case is a rare example of European countries punishing its citizens for fighting against as opposed to with jihadist forces in Syria and Iraq. However his punishment was a mere $500 fine.
