US District Court Judge Gray Miller has ruled that a male only draft is unconstitutional. Back in the day when the first drafts were in progress it was said that women's situations were not similar to men. He claims that in the last 40 years the development of women's rights have been pushed so hard that not allowing them the opportunity to be drafted would be unfair. The issue is still in progress and the decision will be made in the near future.
