As of today, in Ireland Abortion is Illegal unless it occurs unless it is a result of a medical intervention. In this article it highlights an incident where protestors are standing outside a hospital with Pro-life posters. Saying things like "Babies are Gods Priority, destroy them at your peril". I find this article extremely interesting because I didn't realize some countries had abortion illegal, and it seems like a big reason why is for religious beliefs. But what the protestors didn't know is if there were any abortions even taking place in the hospital. I think this shows just how passionately some Irish feel about abortion, condemning it when they do not know if anything is happening.
