A new North Korean crisis will soon kill thousands

In North Korea, Kim Jong-Un has warned the people that a crisis similar to the 1990's North Korean famine is on the horizon. Due to the closing of borders, economic sanctions and trade with China slowing down. North Korea is on the verge of a new famine that will kill on a range from thousands to millions. The two storms that hit North Korea last summer aided on by the lack of food imported from China will kill more than Covid-19 has in the country and the indirect results of Covid-19 causing famine will be far worse. Of course Kim can take direct blame, roll back his missile program and sanctions and purchase food but he's not going to do that and will use this crisis to blame officials he does not like to be a cause and remove them if he sees fit.
