Europe Aims to Let America travelers In While Keeping Covid-19 at Bay

As the world begins to see vaccination numbers rise. The world is slowly peeling back its former lockdowns and restrictions on travel. We are now seeing multiple European countries begin working on new plans to allow tourism to be allow by the summer months. Europe is a continent that usually sees millions of tourists come all over the world to visit but the pandemic did not allow for their tourist based economies to flourish last year. Each European nation is working on their own plants that reopen oversea visitors to their countries to hopefully refuel the economic growth that comes from tourism. The European Union believes that travel can occur in the summer if they are able to confidently create safe travel as to not bring a resurgence of case numbers to the region. One method brought up by the EU is to implement vaccination certificates, kind of like the vaccine passports that have been discussed in the states. Hopefully we are able to see a reopening of Europe as many people love to travel to the continent as well as Europeans traveling throughout the continent. Each sovereign state, however, is responsible for their own precautions and reopening plans which may see some trouble if Europe has a mix of fully opened and lockdown states. The summer is coming up and people are waiting to hear if they can begin to travel again. It is all up to the heads of state in the EU as well as each nation that makes up Europe.
