In Mississippi, they are having trouble getting people to go out and get the COVID vaccine. There are more shot available in Mississippi, but there are very few people who actually are willing to get the vaccine. Mississippi had 73,000 slots open to take the vaccine but very few would take the opportunity for it. On one hand, it shows the great supplies Mississippi has to have so many slots for a vaccine but on the other hand it is a problem that no one wants the vaccine. There is worrisome in the state with the people taking the vaccine and the people handing out the vaccine with very few takers. Mississippi has just had about 25% take at least one dose while the rest of the nation had 33% of people take at least one dose.
