Biden administration will deploy additional supplies and support to India as country faces Covid-19 outbreak - Kyle Remington

As India struggles with record-breaking Covid cases, the United States responds with help. President Biden and his administration have reached an agreement with India to supply them with PPE and other covid supplies. Along with this, the US is working to try and supply India respirators and other machinery to combat the covid influx.  Just on Saturday, India reported 349,691 new cases, the fourth day in a row the country has set a new world record for cases in a day. Along with supplies and machinery, the United States is working with India's vaccine manufacturer to produce up to 1 billion vaccines by 2022.

This is interesting to see how international relations play out with countries helping each other fight the pandemic and other means of survival as the world is becoming ever more difficult. It is also a good look for the Biden administration to take a strong stance in helping other countries, especially India who is facing a horrible period of time.
