The struggles that many kids, multiple tragedies after tragedies this last year could have long-lasting effects on children. The researchers at Harvard who had been following children ages seven through fifteen, two hundred and twenty-four of them, and found that roughly two-thirds of them have been found with symptoms of anxiety and depression. As well as behavioral problems such as hyperactivity and inattention. Besides the mental side effects, it is estimated that the children who were in remote learning are expected to earn less money when they join the workforce.
