Italy is attempting to constrain the third wave that is sweeping through Europe. A year ago Italy was the first country to have a national lockdown and today as it prepares to go back into lockdown, it isn’t the first country to be facing a new wave. Germany has already been facing a third wave and France is facing the possibility of many hospitalizations, the highest it’s been since November that makes the authorities there consider having a third national lockdown. As we see in the United States, there are people in Florida who are crowding the streets and beaches. In the US, the death rates have also remained at 1,400 people every day. Rome has become closed off, as the Easter holidays were canceled. The problem is that many people kept thinking the pandemic was over, and that was ineffective in helping calm down the third wave.
