Bangkok Is Engulfed by Protests. What’s Driving Them?

Thailand is still seeing record numbers of protests throughout the country and specifically in Bangkok. The revolt was started by students who disagreed with the military's influence in the classroom and soon became a nation wide rebellion. There have been more and more protesters in the Country's capital and they have 3 demands that they chant, "Resign, Rewrite, Reform". The country experiences great economic and social disparities, and the citizens have finally taken a stand and demanded change. This is important for the citizens, Democracy is a great step in the way of equal rights. The prime minister has yet to listen to the protesters, and have been trying to break up the protests in a multitude away. However, they government has not had much luck, as the protests have only been growing.
