Taliban accuse the U.S. Military of violating the U.S.-Islamic Emirate accord

The Afghan Taliban has recently accused the United States military of violating their February accord by carrying out "excessive attacks" involving aerial and bombing tactics. The taliban has made these claims even after carrying out a 10 day attack in Hemland. People are curious and angry about why the government of Afghanistan is still having peaceful talks with the Taliban especially due to the fact that the Taliban has has been harder on negotiating after President Trump said he wanted to withdraw U.S. troops by the end of the year. Qari Yousef Ahmadi release a statement and one of the claims he made was that all th consequences and responsibility of the accord violations fell solely on the United States. The United States has claimed that it's actions have not violated the accord and that the Taliban's recent attacks injuring Afghan civilians do not help their attempt in accusing the U.S. military.
