In Barda, Azerbaijan 21 civilisants were killed by a missile strike. Many more citizens were reported as wounded in this attack. Azerbaijan has claimed that the Armenian military is responsible for this attack and that it is linked to the fighting over Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenia flipped blame onto Azerbaijan by denying any involvement in the attack and claiming that Azerbaijan attacked a maternity ward in Karabakh. One witness said there were three explosions when the bombs were dropped. Two days ago on 10/26/2020 the US got officials on both sides to agree to a ceasefire, but this was not adhered to as of today, 10/28/2020. Azerbaijani officials believe Mr. Harutyunyan is responsive for the attack, as he is accused of several war crimes already.
