There have been several different federal court rulings on mail in ballots and drop boxes. Pennsylvania and Texas both had rulings that lifted some restrictions. Ohio's court ruling on the other hand, allowed for some limits to be placed. All of these rulings are expected to be followed up on with other rulings. This is important because there are already several votes in that need to be counted.
